2. Engineering Project Data

Project briefs, water analyses, targets, constraints, assumptions and generated deliverables are stored against your organization and isolated from other organizations.

3. Uploaded Files

Laboratory reports, specifications and drawings you upload are held in object storage with access restricted to members of your organization.

4. AI Processing

Project data may be sent to AI providers through our server-side gateway in order to produce validation, process alternatives and narrative content. Requests are made from our servers, never from your browser.

5. Analytics

We collect aggregate product usage data to understand which parts of the workflow work and which do not.

6. Data Retention

Project data is retained while your account is active and for a defined period afterwards, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and its project data at any time.

8. Third-Party Processors

We use infrastructure, storage, email and AI providers as processors. Each is bound by contractual data protection obligations.
