1. Product Use

AquaProcess is provided as preliminary process engineering software for professional use.

2. Aqua Credits

Aqua Credits are a prepaid commercial unit consumed when deliverables are generated. They are not a currency and carry no cash value.

3. AI-Generated Engineering Content

Parts of each deliverable are generated with the assistance of AI models. Content is labelled with its revision, status and originating engineering snapshot.

4. Professional Engineering Review

All output is preliminary and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified engineer before use in construction, procurement or contractual commitments.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your project data and generated deliverables. AquaProcess retains ownership of the platform, its rule library and its software.

6. Payment / Refund Policy

Credits are consumed only on successful generation. Failed generations release their reservation and are not charged.

7. Limitations

Features listed as coming later are not part of the current service and must not be relied upon.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of credits consumed for the deliverable concerned.

9. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, abuse of the platform, or breach of these terms.
